Terms of Service
1. The service
New Listings Feed is the website at newlistings.pro, the WebSocket feed, and the Telegram bot that issues keys. It delivers crypto exchange listings, delistings, and announcements in real time.
By requesting a key, connecting to the feed, or using the website, you accept these terms.
2. Keys
Keys are issued through the Telegram bot. One key identifies one subscriber, and keys are personal. Do not share, lend, sell, or publish your key, and do not let anyone else connect with it. Sharing or redistributing a key may result in key deactivation.
3. Using the feed in a product
The free key, including over the WebSocket, may be integrated into other products, services, or platforms, as long as New Listings Feed is credited as the source. Any such use must not mislead people about where the data comes from.
Paid subscriptions, STARTER and PRO, are for final users only: individuals and the trading systems they run for themselves. Projects, platforms, wallets, exchanges, data vendors, aggregators, and bots that serve third parties must not use a paid key to power a product for other people. Doing so breaks these terms and can lead to key deactivation.
If you want New Listings Feed inside your own product, use the free key and cite New Listings Feed, or get in touch through our partnerships page.
4. Paid subscriptions
Data from a paid subscription is for the subscriber’s personal use only. Resharing, republishing, or redistributing it in any form, on social media, websites, other platforms, or other feeds, is forbidden.
Subscriptions are paid upfront. Payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise. If you think a payment went wrong, write to us and we will look into it.
5. What you can do with the data
Your key gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the data it receives. How far that right goes depends on the key: free-key data may be integrated and reshared with credit, and paid-subscription data is for your own use only, as described above.
Whatever the key, do not white-label the data or present it as your own, and do not remove or hide the source credit.
The announcements come from the exchanges, and we do not claim ownership of what they publish. What we add on top, the parsing, the matching, the timestamps, and the feed itself, stays ours. Using it under these terms does not transfer it to you.
6. No advice, no execution
We provide data only. We do not offer brokerage, exchange, custody, or order-execution services, and we do not place, route, or manage orders. Nothing we send is financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. If you trade on the data, the decisions and the systems that execute them are yours.
7. As is
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Use it at your own risk: things might break, lag, or be incomplete sometimes.
We do not promise uninterrupted service, any particular delivery time, or replay of events missed while you were disconnected. A 0ms key means we add no publish delay, not that the network adds none.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for any losses caused by using this service or by being unable to use it. That includes trading losses, lost profits, lost data, and losses from delayed, missing, duplicated, or incorrect events, whatever the cause.
9. Termination
We may suspend or deactivate a key that breaks these terms, including shared keys, paid keys used to power products for other people, and abuse of connection limits. You can stop using the service at any time. Unused paid time follows the refund rule above.
10. Changes
We may change these terms at any time, and we may change the service, including endpoints and limits. Changes take effect when we post them here. If you keep using the service after that, you accept them.
11. Contact
