### Which v2 endpoint should I use?

Use [`/v2/full`](<https://newlistings.pro/docs/v2/full>) for parsing, metrics, and onchain data. Use [`/v2/fast`](<https://newlistings.pro/docs/v2/fast>) for raw events and your own parsing.

### Can I use v2 with a FREE key?

Yes, at `wss://ws.newlistings.pro/v2/full` only. FREE keys cannot use `/v2/fast` or Full history. See [Keys](<https://newlistings.pro/docs/keys>) for delays and fields by plan.

### Does v2 have history or replay?

STARTER and PRO can use the [Historical API](<https://newlistings.pro/docs/v2/history>), with query windows of 30 and 365 days. Fast has no history endpoint. Neither WebSocket replays missed events.

### What happens when my connection drops?

For transient failures, reconnect with backoff starting at 1 second and capped at 30 seconds. Honor `Retry-After` on HTTP 429 responses. Correct invalid requests and expired credentials before retrying. Neither WebSocket replays missed events. See [Connection lifecycle](<https://newlistings.pro/docs/v2/connection-lifecycle>).

### Can I filter events?

Yes. Both endpoints support `exchange`, `data_type`, and `username`. Full also supports `market_type`, which can be combined with `data_type`. See [Filters and coverage](<https://newlistings.pro/docs/v2/filter-values>).

### How many v2 connections can I open?

Three simultaneous sockets per endpoint, key, and IP. See [Keys](<https://newlistings.pro/docs/keys>) for distinct-IP allowances. The `READY` message reports the settings applied to your key.

### Does New Listings Feed guarantee complete coverage?

No. Exchanges change pages, formats, APIs, and announcement flows without warning, so events can be missed. Treat the feed as one input in your system and design for gaps.

### Does New Listings Feed execute orders?

No. New Listings Feed only streams data. It does not place or manage orders. You build and run your own execution system.
